Terms and conditions of car rental.

Requirements for the driver.

The driver must have a valid driver’s license, and be between the ages of 25 and 70, with a driving experience of at least 3 years.

The rental price includes:

C.D.W. Collision Damage Waiver with excess – liability insurance for 3rd persons with a franchise, that is in case of damage, the hirer is liable within a certain amount (the amount of the franchise depends on the model of the car);

 Unlimited mileage;

 Maintenance;

 VAT and local taxes;

 24/7 support.

Car rental is carried out in accordance with the terms of the car rental agreement.

The rental price does not include:

fuel;

 Additional insurance:

SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) – by purchasing this insurance, the franchise will be reduced by 50%. The cost of insurance depends on the type of car;

ADW (Additional Damage Waiver) – this insurance covers the following damages: tires, windshield, roof damage, side mirrors and the bottom of the car.

None of the above insurance covers:
driving in the territory occupied by Turkey;
driving in a condition of alcoholic and narcotic intoxication;
damage associated with driving a car on impassability and dirt roads;
internal damage to the car (burns from cigarettes, stains, etc.), loss of car parts.

The Hirer is liable for all of the above actions.
In case of loss of the key from the car, the Hirer must pay its full cost.
The Hirer is responsible for all road and parking fines.

Additional information:
Baby car seat / booster – free of charge;
Car delivery within the city of Limassol – free of charge;
Car delivery to the airport of Larnaca or Paphos, with a reservation of 14 days,is provided free of charge. For reservations less than 14 days, 30 EUR will be charged.

The minimum rental period is 2 days.
